Prequalify to View Homes in Northern Virginia, Maryland, DC or Austin, Texas
Thanks for your interest in a home professionally managed by Mars Hill Realty Group. We are the premiere Property Management company in Virginia, Maryland, the DC metro area, and Austin, Texas. All of our homes are professionally cleaned, we respond to work orders by Noon the next business day, and we have very high satisfaction rates with our residents.
Current Response Time:
We receive over 500 requests per month to show our available homes. Due to overwhelming interest for our homes, we require that all of our rental prospects get pre-qualified. (If you have your own agent, this program does not apply to you because they will pre-qualify and show homes for you.)
Pre-qualification Criteria
- You are not “breaking” a lease and you are ready to move in within the next 60 days (or 2 weeks for a vacant home).
- You do not have an eviction in your rental history.
- Your total monthly income is equal to three times your total monthly debt (including projected rent).
- Each applicant has reviewed our Resident Handbook and agreed to the terms.
- You are not represented by another real estate agent.
