Responsive communication is one of the most important aspects of property management.  In order to streamline our communications and provide better service, we have created a personalized portal for each resident. If help is needed simply call the Propertyware helpdesk at 1-855-473-7729, Option #2. This helpdesk is just for residents should they have any issues accessing or using the portal. Feel free to reach out to us directly should you continue to have problems. Logging into the portal enables our residents to:

• Submit work orders
• Pay rent and set it up an auto-payment. Click here for instructions on how to set up one time and recurring payments.
• Access monthly statements
• Access a photo database from walk-throughs that have been conducted
• Review ledger and pay a balance if necessary
• Give notice if vacating when the lease expires
• Access the current lease, copy of renter’s insurance and other documents that are associated with the property
