We realized that part of managing properties is about building a community. In order to strengthen our Mars Hill community, we have given some definition to the relationships that we have so that we can better help everyone to achieve their goals. For example, we offer many guarantees and have created affordable benefit packages to minimize risk to our owners and tenants. Mars Hill shares the profit with agents to help market our owners properties and to assist our tenants in their search for a new home to rent. We take pride in the fact that we pay our vendor in less than 30 days and try to focus on the top three service providers in every category of service so that we can maximize the relationship. These are just a few efforts that we have made to strengthen our community so that we provide the best experience possible.
