Having great vendors that we can rely on to service our properties is one way that Mars Hill beats the competition.  All of our vendors are internally rated on a 5 star system.  We provide priority of work to those vendors that have demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism and can  provide quality work at reasonable prices.  We want to create mutually beneficial long-term relationships with our vendors.  Vendors who have signed our Alliance Agreements are eligible for the following:

• Newsletter with Mars Hill discounts provided by our preferred vendors
• Priority of work from Mars Hill
• Free advertising opportunities
• Introductions to strategic relationships in our network
• A smooth, clearly defined workflow with a documented escalation process.
