Owner Program

Strengthening relationships is one of our company core values and we plan to do that with you through our Mars Hill Partner Club.  Our Partner Club will consist of two membership levels: Investor Level and Landlord Level.  Each with benefits and guarantees that will provide the highest level of service to you for property management.  Fees are charged monthly and begin when the management contract starts.

INVESTOR LEVEL

For forward-thinking property owners with an eye towards preventative maintenance and concierge service, we have created the INVESTOR LEVEL.  All new owners will be automatically enrolled at this level for $16/month. Here are the following benefits at this level:

Tenant Replacement Guarantee - If we put a tenant in the property and they need to terminate the lease early, for a reason not allowed in the lease, we will replace that tenant with another qualified tenant and waive our Leasing Fees.

*Rented in 60 Days Guarantee – We will find a tenant for you within 60 days from when a home is vacant and in move-in ready condition or credit first month of management fee.
*Property Peace of Mind Guarantee - We’ll offer a $500 credit for any property damage that we cannot collect from the tenant.
*Eviction Free Guarantee – If we put a tenant in the property and we need to obtain a judgement for non-payment of rent, we will cover the cost of the eviction process up to $1000.

LANDLORD LEVEL

All property owners that opt out of the benefits above will be enrolled at the LANDLORD LEVEL.  Here are the following benefits at this level:
