My name is Paola Espinoza, I have over 5 years of experience in property management, with a background in maintenance coordination, vendor support, tenant applications, bookkeeping, and team leadership. I’ve worked with portfolios ranging from 500 to 1,000+ properties and have also had the opportunity to manage vendor networks across multiple states.
I’m bilingual in Spanish and English, self-motivated, and naturally very organized. I enjoy keeping things running smoothly, solving problems, and making sure the little details don’t fall through the cracks.
Outside of work, I’m a mom who loves spending time with my family. I enjoy traveling, reading, dancing, and anything creative. I’m also a big fan of history and art, so I’m always curious to learn something new or find my next place to explore. I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone and being part of the team!
