It’s just a meal
and a conversation.
Each month, Edward travels to a different part of Northern Virginia to meet with owner clients in that area. You bring your questions — he brings lunch.
You’ll go through your property portfolio together: how it’s performing, what’s coming up, and anything you’ve been wanting to ask. It’s the same personal review you’d get in a scheduled call, just over a table instead of a screen.
Spaces fill up fast since Edward can only visit a few clients per stop. If your area isn’t listed this month, reach out anyway — locations rotate, and we keep a list for next time.
