Modifications
This Agreement shall include any exhibits, addendums, schedules, and amendments along with any disclosures that may occur from time to time. Notwithstanding anything contained herein both Owner and Agent acknowledge that laws relating to the leasing and management of real estate in the State of Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C. and Texas change from time to time. Owner and Agent agree that Agent may change the terms of this Agreement upon thirty (30) days notice which may be made via electronic means to the email address provided by the Owner. If the Owner objects to the modified terms, the Owner shall give notice to the Agent of said objection and the Agent may either opt the Owner out of the change(s) previously communicated or allow the Owner to terminate this Agreement without penalty within the thirty (30) day notice period.
